We'll Guide You to Impact
Organizations don't make change; their people do. We believe that people are at the heart of creating value for other people, which in turn drives organizational success.
We're passionate about guiding you and your teams to move from big challenges to human-centric innovation that works.
Learn how to frame the problem differently. Embrace new ways of thinking and doing. Get creative. Question everything. You'll be blown away by the transformative solutions and visible results you and your people can create when you do.
We're Practical Catalysts of Change
We are a rare breed of optimists with a pragmatic approach to driving big, transformative change.
And your transformation is what drives us. Our passion is to get you to measurable impact through a collaborative, creative, holistic approach that equips your teams to think and work differently and engages all of your key stakeholders.
Successful outcomes require not only expertise and hard work, but also the ability to stay focused beyond the workshop and past the prototype. We'll guide you to stay on track from start to finish — and enjoy the adventure as you go.
Transformation can only happen when people embrace new solutions. And people tend to be more receptive to change if they have a voice in developing those solutions.
Our reshift co-creative process ensures decision makers, implementers, and especially the people we are designing for are involved as needed at the right moments in the solution-creation process. We'll work with you to make sure you have the right people in the room at every step.
Developing a deep understanding of people’s needs is the starting point for successful transformation.
reshift comes alongside you to generate evidence-based insights and frame your biggest problems in fresh, enlightening, empathy-driven ways, grounded in your stakeholders' lived experience. Together, we iteratively develop a portfolio of solutions to bring the transformation you seek to life.
Typical management structures tend to box us into linear ways of thinking. But in reality, the journey to big change isn't a straight line. Instead, it's 'squiggly,' uncomfortable and inherently non-linear.
reshift equips and emboldens teams to navigate ambiguity and shift to more iterative and agile problem-solving. We'll leverage our decades of experience across diverse sectors and organization sizes to create a safe space for exploration of new ideas and help your team get comfortable being uncomfortable on the path to impact.
At reshift, we're obsessed with getting to positive impact. We will forge an authentic, trusting partnership to make sure that your people stay focused on the end game even when the solution-building process is at its squiggliest. We'll also equip and support your teams to lead successful implementation in your organization and find ways to shift any resistance to change you may face.
reshift was launched in 2023 to help bold leaders and their teams tackle ambitious challenges while building the "innovation muscle" they need to sustain big change and drive transformative results.
Spun out of DesignThinkers Group USA, reshift is built on a global foundation of innovation leadership established in 2007 in the Netherlands. DesignThinkers Group has led the way in human-centric, design-driven problem solving around the world, even before it was cool.

reshift is not just about design thinking. Our team of expert innovation guides takes a blended approach to creative problem solving that leverages the best methods and tools of human-centered design, systems thinking, strategic foresight, and behavioral science.
