Challenge

Named the world's most innovative company by Forbes magazine in 2018, cloud-based software services provider ServiceNow sought to equip its solutions consultants with a set of tools and approaches based on Design Thinking and human-centered change management. The goal was to enable them to effectively apply and facilitate DT tools and workshops with their teams and clients to ensure they stayed on the cutting edge.

Approach

The reshift team and ServiceNow leaders worked together to customize and deliver Design Thinking foundations and facilitation training; to co-create an Innovation Playbook, a living document where ServiceNow team members can continue to capture and share innovation tools and methods; and to train a select team of specialized innovation consultants across the world to enhance their command of Design Thinking and confidence in applying its principles with their clients.

Outcome

The reshift team has trained over a hundred ServiceNow consultants around the world.

In addition, we have provided change management support to support trainees in integrating innovation practices into their daily work.
